Co-owner of Gem Website Designs/GEMDOS for 7 years - I helped businesses create strong online presences through web design, branding, and social media management.
Fitness Enthusiast - passionate about strength training and health for over 20 years. Currently working toward my NASM CPT certification to help others embrace their physical and mental strength.
Introverted and Focused - While I enjoying connecting with others, I value my personal time for growth, reflection and recharging.
